Chief Financial Officer
Basic Function: The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The candidate should have a master’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, a professional accounting qualification and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
The candidate should also have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
General Maintenance Manager

Due to increasing growth and expansion WestAfricaENRG is looking to hire a General Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible primarily for preventative maintenance and repairs of all machinery at our Materials Recovery Facility in Lagos and over all supervision of our mechanical yard in Ibadan.
Leading a team on 6 mechanics and mechanical engineers, across both sites, the successful candidate will be expected to train and coach existing staff, they will be expected to establish systems and routines to limit mechanical failures.
Successful candidate should be able to adapt to ‘local’ conditions and be resourceful in an environment of poor technical skills.
The successful candidate will have a proven career in a mechanical industry, preferably waste management. Will hold suitable academic qualification or demonstrate qualification through experience
